Help the Next Generation Discover Their Potential at Haslam

Are you a Haslam College of Business student who enjoys mentoring, leading, and helping others succeed? The Office of Access and Community Connections is looking for Peer Mentors to support our pre-collegiate summer programs and help introduce talented high school students to the University of Tennessee and the world of business.

As a Peer Mentor, you will become an important part of the students’ summer experience. Peer Mentors live in the residence hall with participating high school students, accompany them throughout program activities, and serve as a trusted resource, role model, and source of encouragement throughout the week.
