Amy Rojik

National Managing Principal for Corporate Governance, BDO

Amy Rojik founded and leads BDO’s Center for Corporate Governance, designed for those charged with governance of both public and private companies. She is a developer and key contributor to BDO’s thought leadership on a variety of matters related to corporate governance, including cybersecurity, fraud, succession planning, and audit quality. Amy also leads BDO’s board of director forums and participates in external events for corporate directors. She serves on BDO’s ESG Executive Leadership Team and supports firmwide strategies and initiatives. Amy is responsible for BDO’s annual voluntary Audit Quality Report and tools for audit committee communications. She is BDO’s policy lead and participates on the Center for Audit Quality’s Advisory Council. In 2024, she was named a NACD Directorship 100 Governance Professional.
