This program develops participants’ skills at comprehensively leading innovation. To enable their organizations to change, participants learn to apply design thinking, lean methodology and change leadership tools to enhance their ability to identify innovation opportunities. This, in turn, empowers them to quickly develop, prototype and test human-centered solutions using fewer resources.

Design thinking is a hands-on, human-centered problem-solving approach that helps participants see innovation opportunities in a new light. This creative process is the partner, and precursor, of the analytic thinking and lean methods aimed at optimizing solutions. To help participants understand the tactics they can employ to achieve their innovation objectives in the face of obstacles, the instructors will complement the innovation methods with change leadership frameworks, which are processes to follow when creating organizational change plans.
