This course is the first of its kind to focus exclusively on Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul organizations. Participants will learn how to eliminate waste, improve quality, create flow, and enhance responsiveness to customer needs by applying lean principles plus the Theory of Constraints. The course specifically addresses the low volume, high variation of the MRO environment.

Gary Adams
Gary is Director of Continuous Improvement for Delta Air Lines in Atlanta, Georgia, where he has worked for 20 years. He is a licensed aircraft mechanic, pilot, also possesses a first class FCC license. Gary received his original aviation training with the United States Marine Corps. Gary received his undergraduate degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and graduate degree from the University of Tennessee. Gary received lean training from the University of Tennessee and traveled to many parts of the world to study various businesses improvement techniques; He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has consulted numerous organizations. Currently, Gary is a faculty member for Haslam’s Graduate and Executive Education Lean MRO course.
