Dr. Reizenstein’s primary expertise areas are Market Opportunity Analysis, Marketing Strategy and Customer Satisfaction Measurement in healthcare. He has given over 40 presentations at meetings of professional associations such as the American Marketing Association and the Association for Consumer Research, and has published articles in such diverse journals as Harvard Business Review, the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, the Journal of Business Research and the Journal of Marketing Education.  He has done research with, or has consulted for, numerous companies, including Colgate-Palmolive, Frito-Lay, Holiday Inns, IBM, Knoxville Orthopedic Clinic, Promus Hospitality, Quaker Oats, Sara Lee, and Time, Inc.  Dr. Reizenstein has taught in Executive MBA Programs and/or has led Study Tours for both Full Time MBA and EMBA students in such diverse countries as Argentina, Belgium, Chile, the Czech Republic, France, Romania, Russia and Taiwan.
