Ed Miles is president of Miles & Associates, a management consulting firm focused on improving business performance. Ed has worked extensively with senior executives in manufacturing and service organizations to improve organizational effectiveness. He holds a BS in statistics and is a graduate of the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School Executive Development Institute.
