Ifedapo Adeleye is a lecturer in the Department of Management. Prior to joining Haslam, he was on the faculty of Lagos Business School in Nigeria for about a decade. There, he served in several senior leadership positions, including director of custom executive education and chair of management and human resources. Adeleye has taught at every level from undergraduate to executive education, and he brings a global outlook to the classroom, having lived and worked on three continents – Africa, Europe and North America – and travelled extensively around the world.
Since joining academia, Adeleye has maintained close links with industry. He has consulted and directed executive education programs for numerous organizations including GE, Coca-Cola and Chevron. He received his doctorate in management from the University of Manchester after winning the Zenith Bank Distinguished Graduating Student Prize at the University of Lagos as an undergraduate and earning master’s degrees in economics and human resources from Cardiff University.
