Dr. Kurt C. Jacobs is a twenty year veteran of the financial services and defense industries. After leaving a decades long plus career at Wells Fargo & Company as an Executive Vice President of Strategy and Implementation in Oregon and the Silicon Valley, he went on to Found and Chair multiple corporations that specialize in leading and supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Policy Development, Program/Financial Management Services, and Engineering Services that support United States Marine Corps (USMC) Range Training Systems and Simulators and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). Additionally, Dr. Jacobs is an Angel Investor and assists in the launch, investment, advisory, and sometimes management of select start ups and nascent firms including Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) in multiple geographies. Dr. Kurt C. Jacobs has taught Graduate and Undergraduate courses in Venture Capital, Entrepreneurship, New Ventures, and Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Syracuse University for their MBA and Professional MBA programs at the Whitman College of Management as well as Undergraduate courses in Strategic Management and Leadership at Stetson University. Kurt received his Doctorate in Business Administration with specialization in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida, his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Auburn University with specialization in International Business, and his Bachelors of Science degree from Oregon State University.
