Mark Willoughby is the director of student engagement for the Haslam College of Business, responsible for supporting the college’s student organizations and Haslam’s Student Leadership Council, overseeing the college’s communication with undergraduate students and creating leadership development opportunities. The student engagement unit is part of the Center for Student Engagement & Success, serving as a resource for students, faculty and staff.


Willoughby has been with the university since 2006. He started his career in Undergraduate Admissions and has spent the past ten years in Haslam’s Undergraduate Programs office.
