Martha Weeks is a communications coach with clients in the technology and healthcare industries, and academia. She teaches workshops and coaches executives, engineers, entrepreneurs and clinicians to create and deliver persuasive presentations and written materials for conferences, investors, internal meetings and websites. Martha has coached TEDx talks and dozens of inspirational speeches, and has worked on hundreds of technical talks as a speechwriter and coach.

For the past ten years, Martha has been a guest lecturer and coach at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and, for four years, with the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She helps students improve their public speaking and writing skills. At Stanford, Martha works with entrepreneurs on investor pitches and business plans, and is a story coach in the LEAD executive education program.

Martha has run her own marketing consulting firm for more than 20 years. Along with Google, she works with companies including Autodesk, Toyota Research Inc., Volkswagen America and numerous start-ups. In healthcare, Martha’s coaching clients include clinicians at Boston Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente, Stanford Medical Center, the University of Tennessee Medical Center, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Martha earned a BA in mathematics, with a minor in computer science, from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and an MBA from the University of California-Berkeley.
