Roberto Ragozzino has joined the Department of Management as the Haslam Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He holds a doctorate degree in business policy and strategy from Ohio State University, as well as master’s degrees in business policy and strategy and finance from the Ohio State University and Georgia State University, respectively. His research is in the broad fields of corporate strategy, entrepreneurship and international management. Ragozzino usually studies business phenomena in these areas using an economic lens, drawing mostly from such theoretical frameworks as information economics, agency theory and transaction cost economics. His work has been published in several journals, including Entrepreneurship: Theory and Practice, Organization Science, Journal of Management, Journal of International Business Studies and Strategic Management Journal.
