Bringing your work into the classroom makes the experience relevant, prompts deeper questions, pushes your initiatives forward and helps new skills stick for the long run.
Your current challenges, financial data and strategic questions become the foundation for classroom conversations. We integrate custom simulations built on research across organizations to give you hands-on experience tackling complex leadership and operational questions. You analyze your own organization in homework assignments. You also work with our faculty as coaches for longer-term, large-scale projects that include strategy, finance and operations.
