The Crowne Plaza is the conference hotel, and a block of rooms has been scheduled at a discounted rate of $130 USD for a room with two double beds and $145 for a room with a king bed. Airports
For travelers who are flying, McGhee Tyson airport (TYS) is located 13 miles from downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Six major airlines (Allegiant, American Airlines, Delta, Frontier and United) fly in and out of TYS. More than 120 arrivals and departures each day provide more than 4,000 available seats.
