Registration
Online registration is open from September 1, 2019, in the IPSERA registration system.
Credit card, PayPal and wire transfer accepted.
Once you have registered, you may submit your manuscript.
Fees
IPSERA is a Netherlands based organization, and all registration fees will be collected in Euros.

Special Categories
| PhD Students | 200 Euro (approximately $230 USD) | We check eligibility. Please fill out the bursary application form (see link below) and send this to ipsera2020@ipsera.com if you wish to register as PhD student. |
| Guests | 150 Euro (approximately $170 USD) | Every conference attendee is allowed to bring one guest to the social events (dinners) at a fee of 150 Euro (approximately $170 USD) covering marginal costs only. Please indicate your guest in the registration process. Guests are not permitted to attend the full conference program. |
| IPSERA veterans (IV-League) – Retired IPSERA Veterans | 200 Euro (approximately $230 USD) | Veterans who have no organization to pay for their conference fee may apply for a reduced rate. Conditions apply: You must be over 65 years old; must have been an IPSERA member for the past four years; and should currently be an IPSERA member, and have visited at least 3 IPSERA conferences.Contact the conference organization if you wish to apply for the IPSERA Veterans rate. ipsera2020@ipsera.com |
