Careers

Graduates of Haslam’s MSHRM (the predecessor to this program) have advanced their careers to become vice presidents of HR, directors of HR, employee relations managers, recruiting directors, benefits consultants and compensation managers.

The updated MSM&HR degree is also ideally suited for students who want to make the leap into Management in other non-HR fields. For example, students with degrees in a variety of non-business areas (e.g., nursing, engineering, political science, history, English, and beyond) who want to take on supervisory responsibilities will find the grounding that they need to succeed in this program.
