Business Education for Talented Students (BETS) Program Completes Tenth Year

The University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Haslam College of Business BETS Program (Business Education for Talented Students) recently completed its tenth year of bringing diverse high school students to campus.

Tyvi Small, the college’s executive director for talent management, diversity, and community relations, has been with the program since its inception. His favorite part of the program now is its marketplace simulation, in which participants form teams and compete in leading companies.
