The University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Haslam College of Business is the third most highly-ranked public business school in the country for custom executive education, according to the Financial Times.
The college has risen two spots since last year, and also has grown in stature among national and international schools overall. Haslam gained three spots in the Financial Times custom executive education list to become the No. 10 most highly-ranked business school nationwide, as well as eight spots to become the No. 28 college worldwide.
Bruce Behn, associate dean for graduate and executive education at Haslam, credited industry connections in the fields of supply chain, aerospace & defense, healthcare and leadership with helping to drive the college’s rise in the rankings.
“We’re extremely proud of this recognition and the fact that some of our best scores came from corporate clients who rated us highly for the delivery of new skills and learning that can be applied to generate future success,” Behn said. “I attribute much of this to the quality of our faculty, who maintain connections to industry, delivering the latest in business knowledge.”
