As part of the Aerospace and Defense MBA, students undergo leadership training with a dedicated coach. Each student develops an individual leadership plan with their coach.
Leadership Development Plans Include:
- Personal assessments
- 360-degree feedback
- Group exercises
- Role playing
Students explore ethical, sociological, environmental, political and regulatory issues, which vary significantly by industry, organization, culture, country and region. They also work with a faculty mentor to create a personalized leadership development program targeting the student’s individual strengths and weaknesses.
Peer-to-peer relationships contribute significantly to leadership development throughout the program. Students spend a year in near constant communication and collaboration with other senior aerospace and defense leaders, exchanging ideas and best practices. Alumni often cite these relationships with their classmates as one of the most pivotal aspects of the program, and one that endures long after graduation.
