Haslam’s MSM&HR students learn the skills to analyze issues, propose and implement solutions, and effectively optimize human capital for a range of organizations.

The program has a strategic human resources focus integrated with core business skills and personal leadership development.

Curriculum

The MSM&HR degree requires 33 credit hours. The program curriculum is currently being updated, with changes to take effect in the fall of 2017. Specific details about the course offerings will be announced soon, and will consist of courses in the following areas (exact course titles TBA):

*A cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is required on all graduate coursework taken at Haslam to remain in good standing and to receive any graduate degree or certificate from the university.
