A Senior Executive’s View of Supply Chain Challenges

Mr. Clark has served as Senior Vice President of Amazon’s Worldwide Operations since January 2013. In this role, he oversees Amazon’s global fulfillment, supply chain logistics, and customer service operations. Mr. Clark has been at Amazon since 1999 and has held a variety of positions, including Vice President of Global Customer Fulfillment, Vice President of North America Operations, Regional Director of North America Operations, and Director of Amazon’s Customer Excellence System. Mr. Clark graduated with an MBA from the University of Tennessee and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Auburn University.
