Biography
Michelle Smith is a CPA and Consulting Manager at PYA, P.C, focusing on forensic accounting, business valuation, and transaction support. Her work includes due diligence, asset tracing, valuation analyses, and other financial assessments. Prior to joining PYA, Michelle worked in the federal audit practice at a Big 4 firm. A proud UT alum, Michelle earned both a Master of Accountancy in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Information Management. Michelle is active in the Tennessee Society of CPAs, contributing to both student outreach and the Forensic and Valuation Services Conference.
