Biography

Paulina Todd is president and chief operating officer of Aero-mark LLC, a private investment firm focused on acquiring, growing and improving aerospace companies. She began her career at Aeromark’s subsidiary, Certified Aviation Services, where she served as vice president commercial and secured partnerships with Boeing and Airbus. Todd has led multiple acquisitions, a spin-off and the 2024 sale of Aeromark’s largest platform. She holds a B.S. in business administration from Boise State University, an MBA in Aerospace and Defense from Haslam and is LeanSigma certified. Todd serves as president of Women in Defense Greater Los Angeles and on UT advisory boards.
