Sining Song is the CSX Corporation Faculty Scholar, Lee Faculty Research Fellow, and an assistant professor of supply chain management. She earned her doctorate in supply chain management from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and her master’s in supply chain management from Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
Song’s research focuses on sustainable supply chain and operations management, mobile network and FinTech and innovation and technology management. Her work has appeared and is forthcoming in leading academic journals, such as Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Journal of Operations Management, Information Systems Research and others. Song has worked in supply chain management, marketing and finance in the food and retail industries. She also has taught global sourcing and sustainability and supply chain management and has won awards for teaching excellence.
