Professional MBA students learn strategic-level business concepts and gain valuable insight into their own industries and organizations through our integrated approach and applied learning format. The program is lockstep, meaning all students take the same courses at the same time.

Each student completes a thesis-level project, the Organizational Action Project over the course of the program. The entire curriculum is organized to support this project, which allows students to apply the concepts learned in class to their own organization.

Our integrated approach means professors touch on all business disciplines during class time: accounting, finance, marketing, operations, supply chain issues, leadership, strategy, business law, information management and international business. The weight of each discipline varies by semester and is structured around each stage of the thesis project. So, students learn business concepts in practice, just as they will be applying them in the workplace.
