I was fortunate enough the summer after my junior year to intern at Cessna Aircraft Company in their procurement division. Although I had never been to Kansas and didn’t know a soul there before my internship, it ended up being an amazing opportunity for me both personally and professionally.

I not only made lifelong friends with the other interns who were from different schools and majors from all across the country, but I gained wonderful work experience. I was able to work first hand with SAP and the production line doing various supply chain related tasks, including shortage management, contract renewal and return to vendor processes. The various team members I worked with were nothing but kind and encouraging, and I am so thankful for that summer.
