"For my Organizational Action Project, I approached a 2.2 billion dollar healthcare system seeking the hardest consulting engagement that they would never even consider giving to a strategic consulting firm. In the end, they obliged and I engaged the highest levels of their senior leadership and developed a business plan to transform two failing clinical service lines. Two years later, the health system has decided to operationalize my plan and build a new medical campus, in which I have been invited to the future groundbreaking ceremonies.
