Where can I find the full agenda?
The Fall 2026 Supply Chain Forum agenda will be uploaded to the GSCI website in early September.

Will the event be hosted in person or virtually?
Day 1 of the forum will be hosted at the Student Union on the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, campus, while Days 2 and 3 will be held at the Marriott Knoxville Downtown. We will not offer a virtual experience. 

How do I know if my company is an SCF partner?
The GSCI website lists all basic and premium GSCI Partners. If your company is not listed but you think it should be, email [email protected].

How many people from my company can register?
Basic partners have five seats and premium partners have eight seats at each forum. Contact us if you’d like to send more people. 

What’s the registration deadline?
October 12 is the last day to use GSCI’s room block at the Marriott Knoxville Downtown.

What about hotel accommodations?
If you are booking after the Marriott room block closes, we encourage partners to book at the nearby Tennessean or Hilton, a short walk from the event.

What if I want to attend, but my company is not an SCF partner?
The event is exclusive to SCF partners. If your company would like to become an SCF partner, contact us or register by selecting the “Invited Guest” registration type.

  • MS SCM Online and EMBA students, if you plan to attend and your employer is not a partner, use the “UT Student” registration option.

How should I register if I am an MS SCM Online student?
If you are currently enrolled in the program and a current employee of a GSCI Partner company, use the “Partner” registration type. Otherwise, register using the “UT Student” registration type.

Parking & Shuttle Information

  • GSCI Partners staying at the Marriott Knoxville Downtown: Priority parking is available at the hotel.
  • All other partners: Please park in the Locust Street Garage. GSCI staff will provide parking validation during the event.
  • Faculty, staff, and students: Parking is available in the Hilton Parking Garage for an hourly fee at your own expense.

Complimentary shuttle service will be available between the Marriott Knoxville Downtown (pickup/drop-off at the World’s Fair Park entrance), the UT Student Union, and Jackson Terminal during the Fall 2026 Supply Chain Forum.

Tuesday, November 10

  • 1:30–8:30 p.m.
    Three shuttles will operate in a continuous loop between the Marriott Knoxville Downtown (pickup/drop-off at the World’s Fair Park entrance) and the UT Student Union. Shuttle service will return guests to the hotel following the reception.

Wednesday, November 11

  • 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
    Two shuttles will operate in a continuous loop between campus and the Marriott Knoxville Downtown (pickup/drop-off at the World’s Fair Park entrance).
  • 4:30–7:30 p.m.
    Three shuttles will operate in a continuous loop between the Marriott Knoxville Downtown (pickup/drop-off at the World’s Fair Park entrance) and Jackson Terminal.

Thursday, November 12

  • 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
    One shuttle will operate in a continuous loop between campus and the Marriott Knoxville Downtown (pickup/drop-off at the World’s Fair Park entrance).

Please allow extra time during peak arrival and departure periods.
