Tennessee State Data Center
Housed in the Boyd Center, the Tennessee State Data Center disseminates and answers questions about U.S. Census Bureau data for government agencies, libraries, businesses, news services and the general public. TNSDC is a designated State Data Center and maintains an online database of state demographic and economic data sourced from the Census Bureau.
Every two years, the Boyd Center publishes population projections for Tennessee’s 95 counties. The data includes forecasted population, age, race/Hispanic ethnicity and sex for each county in the state. Access a full list of data breakdowns, including methodology, executive summary and notes.
