How to Reserve a Room

If you are a Haslam College of Business student, faculty, or staff member, you can reserve a room using our online portal.

For all other UT faculty and staff, you may reserve a room by completing the form below. All room requests are processed only during regular campus business hours, 8am5pm MondayFriday. Please allow two business days to process your request. Please note that any reservation made that includes a food component will need to have trash removal arranged from Facility Services (Archibus work order). Thank you.

Our policies prohibit any groups bringing their own technology equipment other than laptops. You must use the equipment in HBB. This includes microphones, screens, projectors, computers (see note), cables, etc. You must use our technicians from our Technology Integration Services office. NOTE: The only exception is in the West Wing; you must bring a laptop, as no computer is left in this room.)

Fees (If applicable)

  • All space fees waived for UT groups (excludes FS Archibus work orders)
  • Use of technology Monday-Friday 8am-5pm -- $50
  • Programs begining after 5pm -- $200
  • Weekend use of the building (includes technology) -- $500
  • Room arrangement/Table & Chairs resetting -- To be determined at time of request
