Biography
Jackie McDonald is an alumna of the Haslam MBA program and serves as the chief operating officer for tnAchieves, an educational non-profit with a mission to enhance post-secondary opportunities and outcomes by providing holistic student supports rooted in community and accountability. She oversees data management and analysis, new program implementation and internal operations of tnAchieves. In addition, McDonald assists with strategic planning and organizational structure as the program develops and shifts based on research and trends.
