The 2019 AIM Program dates are July 27th – July 31st, 2019. The deadline to apply is March 31, 2019.

Program Overview

The AIM Academy is a four-day residential program designed to help students explore accounting and careers in accounting.

The program is open to under-represented students, first generation college students, and students on free or reduced lunch. Applicants should be entering the 11th grade with an interest in accounting and a GPA of 3.0 or better.

Participants interact with diverse professionals from business and government. There is no cost to attend, but a $20 seat reservation fee is due upon selection for the program.

Students selected to participate in the AIM Academy receive room and board, meals, books, and supplies. They are required to live in the residence hall at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, campus.
