This course demonstrates how the two philosophies, Lean Thinking and the Theory of Constraints, can be integrated to gain significant competitive advantage. Two intense hands-on simulations are used to reinforce these learnings. These simulations specifically model the low volume, high variation environment present in MRO facilities.
