Biography
Chris Perez joined UT’s Department of Accounting and Information Management (AIM) in 2022, after receiving his Associate of Science degree in accounting from Walters State Community College and his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from UT. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in learning, design and technology at UT. In addition to teaching information management to undergraduate students, Perez serves as AIM’s firm relations liaison and alumni outreach coordinator. Before changing careers, Perez attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City and worked as a theater and film professional for nearly a decade.
