Devin Fladd is the director of operations excellence at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, where he leads initiatives to improve patient flow, care quality and systemwide efficiency. With expertise in Lean Six Sigma, change management and data-driven decision-making, he has built his career at the intersection of healthcare leadership and operational transformation. Fladd also serves as adjunct faculty in Haslam’s Executive MBA program and remains active in alumni engagement, student mentorship and community involvement.
