Biography

Joe Buckley is the director of executive and non-degree education for the Global Supply Chain Institute and a lecturer in the Department of Supply Chain Management. He teaches junior- and senior-level supply chain courses.

Before joining UT, Buckley spent nearly three decades in industry. His previous positions include vice president roles in finance and procurement services. Most recently, he was the director of materials management and transportation for the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). His expertise includes inventory management, logistics and network design. Buckley is a licensed CPA with additional accounting and finance expertise.
