Ludmilla Groenner is a Corporate Strategy Manager with over 10 years of previous experience as a business consultant. As an international student, she moved to the U.S. with her husband and daughter, navigating the challenges that this significant change brought to her life. However, her time at Haslam College of Business has been a transformative opportunity for personal and professional growth. She earned the Golden Cord and was nominated as a 2024 MBA to Watch by Poets and Quants, reflecting her high performance and dedication. Ludmilla believes that Haslam provides an ideal environment for academic excellence and aims to apply her knowledge to benefit society. Gaurav Kumar is a Full-Time MBA candidate specializing in supply chain management. With extensive experience as a senior operations manager in global maritime industries, he has successfully led high-stakes projects across multiple countries, implementing supply chain initiatives and driving substantial cost savings. Kumar is passionate about supply chain optimization and operational excellence, and he is eager to apply his strategic insights and leadership skills in dynamic business environments to create meaningful impact.
Abhishek Reddy Manthenagodu
Abhishek Reddy Manthenagodu is a Full-Time MBA candidate specializing in supply chain management. With a background in communications, he is skilled in social media management, creative direction, design, documentary photography and story and screenwriting. Manthenagodu is passionate about strategy, innovation, and sustainability, and he aims to leverage his MBA to transition into managerial roles that combine his myriad skills with his newfound business acumen.

McClanahan comes to the Full-Time MBA program with experience in leadership development, team management and consulting. Caden Wells
Caden Wells is a Full-Time MBA student specializing in business analytics. Wells has a keen understanding of both customer interaction and data-driven logistics. His experience as a supply chain data analyst at Williams-Sonoma Inc. sharpened his analytical skills, while his role as business operations manager at Marshall Lawn Care demonstrated his leadership and operational expertise. A former Division 1 soccer player, Wells brings teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic to his current academic pursuits.
