Businesses searching for data analytics solutions will connect with teams of undergraduates working under a faculty mentor. Students will tackle this real-world problem solving during their analytics capstone course.
The center will reinforce the skills students learn in the classroom by emphasizing writing, oral and presentation skills. This training will allow students to bridge the gap between a strong analytics background and the communication foundation to relay and interpret data for the business world.
A gift from senior leadership within the JTV organization funded this cutting-edge analytics theory and practice center, along with investments in faculty, student fellowships, technological resources and more. JTV’s gift also will provide the center with funding for scholarships and fellowships as well as student travel to analytics conferences and competitions.
