The Marketing and Sales Innovation Alliance connects industry leaders in marketing and sales to the Department of Marketing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville – its students, faculty, programs, research and events.

The Department of Marketing has two student organizations focused on marketing and sales. Each program is open to all majors and features exciting, hands-on learning opportunities.

Advisory Council

The Marketing Department Advisory Council is composed of distinguished marketing and sales practitioners who provide valuable, industry-based feedback and guidance regarding departmental programs and initiatives. The full council meets in-person twice each academic year, with three working committees engaging virtually throughout the year.
