Ali Vedadi is an assistant professor of information systems in the Department of Accounting and Information Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. His primary research interest is in information security and assurance, and his research has been published in leading academic journals, including MIS Quarterly, the Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Information & Management and Computers & Security.
Vedadi regularly reviews for academic journals and conferences and serves as an associate editor for the Journal of Intellectual Capital. He has developed and taught various technical and managerial cybersecurity courses at graduate and undergraduate levels and is CompTIA Security+ certified.
