Biography

Lei Comerford serves as an executive leadership coach for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business’s Emerging Leaders program. In addition to coaching, Comerford is also a speaker and learning strategist with more than 25 years of experience partnering with leaders and teams to increase self-awareness, align with core values, grow confidence and lead with clarity, authenticity and impact. She is a master facilitator of tools, including DISC, HBDI® and Tilt365.

Comerford is the founder of Lei Comerford Consulting, LLC, a firm dedicated to helping leaders advance. She serves on the board of ATD Nashville, is a client advisor for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Ambassador Program, serves as a mentor with Vanderbilt University’s Women in Business and provides coaching globally through the Humanitarian Coaches Network.
