Biography

Seonkyung “Agnes” Yang is an assistant professor in the Department of Accounting and Information Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. Her research focuses on how emerging technologies, e.g., blockchain & AI, transform governance, market, and academic practices. She aims to guide organizations and marketplaces toward better adoption of decentralized systems suited to their objectives, and to understand how large language models reshape research collaboration and productivity in academia.
