Biography

Sherry M.B. Thatcher is the Regal Distinguished Professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Haslam College of Business. Her research interests focus on diversity, identity and conflict, and she is one of the leading experts in the area of team faultlines.

She currently serves as the editor-in-chief of the Academy of Management Review. Her work appears in the top journals of her field, including the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies and Decision Support Systems.
