Biography
Executive Leadership Coach
Chuck Carringer serves as an executive leadership coach with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business’ Emerging Leaders program. He is also president of Knoxville-based Chuck Carringer Executive Coaching LLC. Carringer is certified executive coach, trainer and speaker and has led over 6,500 executive coaching sessions with leaders across many industries, focusing on leadership development, skill enhancement and performance improvement.
A certified BoardSource consultant, Carringer partners with nonprofit boards and is certified in DiSC and numerous leadership and personality assessments, including the NEO, Myers-Briggs, Strengths Finder and Emotional Intelligence. He also serves as faculty for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management.
Previously, Carringer was a public school educator, serving as teacher, hall of fame coach, athletic director and principal.
