Biography

Lilly Tench supports businesses that create positive impact for people and the planet. She has held roles such as executive director of the Spark Innovation Center, a deeptech incubator and accelerator program based at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and chief of staff at SkyNano, a climate tech startup.

She is author of “Good Business: An Entrepreneur’s Guide to Creating a Better World,” and was selected for the 2025 40 Under 40 cohort by Knox News. She is currently an expert-in-residence for the Tennessee Advanced Energy Business Council.
