Biography

Jay Niblick is an I-O psychologist, U.S. Navy special operations veteran, author, public speaker and serial technology entrepreneur. His current venture is Resonant, where he is building the world’s first personality-trained AI agent.

Niblick founded Innermetrix, whose psychometric instruments have generated more than 32 million profiles across over 300,000 corporate clients worldwide. He later co-founded Wizehire, which Gartner named the No. 1 applicant tracking system for small business and which earned a spot on the Inc. 1,000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies. He also holds a patent for an AI-powered recruiting methodology.
