She currently serves as a data intern with a nonprofit organization, where she’s gained experience with data analysis, visualization and using analytics to help organizations better understand and serve their communities. Hall is passionate about using data to drive meaningful impact.

Smruti Inamdar is an MSBA student from India with a strong background in computer science and experience as a systems engineer. Inamdar is passionate about using statistical methods and managing large datasets to extract actionable insights. Inamdar is committed to bridging the gap between data and business solutions, driving innovation and efficiency in decision making.

Kimia Sajjad is a Master of Science in Business Analytics student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. With a background in marketing and international business, she joined the MSBA program to work at the intersection of data and business strategy, and to provide a people-focused perspective to analytics. Alongside her coursework, Sajjad serves as the cohort’s student representative, social chair and ambassador, advocating for her peers, building community within the program and acting as a bridge between students and faculty. She is passionate about using analytics to drive decisions in global, client-facing environments and is pursuing roles at the intersection of business intelligence, strategy and applied analytics.

Phillip Schutty is a Master of Science in Business Analytics student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. He works in business intelligence within the healthcare sector and is interested in healthcare analytics and AI-driven decision-making.
