C-Suite Insights (CSI) is a Nashville-based executive leadership program hosted by the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. It focuses on developing employees for future leadership opportunities and c-suite positions.

Become an effective influencer and confident decision-maker through the experiences of top level executives.

Participants will learn from top executives about their failures and successes, as well as the key lessons they learned along the way. From a pandemic and digital transformation to civil unrest, registrants will learn lessons that come from years of experience.

Program speakers hold different positions in the c-suite, representing different industries in tech, healthcare, music, sports, banking, non-profit and more.

Assessments & Coaching

Program participants will complete the following assessments and coaching sessions:

Predictive Index
You must first understand yourself before you can LEAD others.

The Hogan Development Survey (HDS)
The only personality assessment that identifies the dark side. (This assessment comes with one personalized coaching session for each participant.)

In addition to the full program scope and Haslam College of Business certificate of achievement, participants will also have the following program incentives:

Lunch with each program session
An optional social after each session for continued networking
A certificate ceremony and reception
Preferred pricing for former University of Tennessee students and on certain University of Tennessee, Knoxville, programs after the successful completion of the Nashville CSI Program

A certificate ceremony awarding each participant a Haslam College of Business certificate of achievement will take place in October.

Time/Format

CSI is an in-person program limited to 30 participants. The limited seating is designed to allow participants and speakers to build strong professional relationships.

Program Time: 12 to 4 p.m.
Social (Optional): 4 to 5 p.m.
