The Consortium for Social Enterprise Effectiveness (CSEE) program tuition is $6,000 for the year-long program. Competitive, need-based scholarships are available to cover up to but no greater than half the costs of
the program tuition. Applications for need-based scholarships are reviewed and approved by the program director and can be requested on the program application. Scholarship applications are competitive, so
early submission is recommended.

Tuition is typically due in one lump sum, but CSEE program facilitators work with organizations to meet their specific budget and funding cycles. Tuition includes all program fees, executive coaching, materials, books, campus
parking, breakfasts, lunches and snacks while on campus. Participants who complete the program will also receive a mounted certificate of completion from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business, as well as a graduation celebration for students and invited guests. Tuition does not cover student travel costs or room and board.

Application & Payment

Class size is limited, and admission is competitive. For this program to be of maximum value, all participants should position to influence board-level issues within their
organizations. Admission will be based on responses to the questions in this application, and in some cases, a telephone interview. Contact Kitty Cornett, CSEE program manager, for more details (kpcornett@utk.edu).

Invoices are sent via email unless otherwise requested. Program payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, unless other arrangements are made with the program director. Check, money order, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover are accepted forms of payment.

Applications can be also downloaded and mailed to or emailed to Kitty Cornett (kpcornett@utk.edu).

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

Successful completion of the CSEE program requires a commitment to attend all scheduled sessions and complete all assignments on time. Unforeseen emergencies do happen, and for this reason, students are allowed to miss half a day during the 10-month program. Classes are recorded for these purposes. If a student misses more than the allowed half day, they must attend the missed portions of the residency period(s) with the next year’s class in order to earn the course certificate. By checking the box applicants convey their understanding of and commitment to the CSEE attendance policy
