Cancellations must be received in writing (letter, fax or e-mail). There is no penalty for cancellations received in writing more than 30 days prior to the first day of the program.
Cancellations received within 30 days of a program start date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If the registrant has not paid for the program, the 25% cancellation fee will be invoiced immediately and will be due upon receipt. If the registrant has paid in full for a program and cancels within 30 days of the start date, the registrant will be refunded 75% of the program fee immediately upon cancellation.
When an individual registers, we reserve space in the program as well as the hotel; we also prepare program materials. Therefore, if a paid registrant does not cancel and does not come to the program, he/she foregoes any refund. If a registrant has not paid, he/she is liable for the entire cost of the program. He/she will receive a statement for the program and full payment will be due upon receipt.

Substitutions are welcome any time before a program begins.
Transfers between programs may be made prior to the program start date. If a registrant transfers more than once, a 10% processing charge will be applied to the program fee and collected at the time of transfer. Should a registrant cancel after making a transfer, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged in lieu of the transfer fee and collected at the time of cancellation.
