Haslam College of Business Ameera Bhatti

Ameera Bhatti is currently the associate Washington representative for the Tennessee Valley Authority Federal Affairs team building government relations in D.C. She supports the federal affairs team in educating and engaging with TVA’s congressional delegation and their staff on energy and utility industry efforts and trends. Bhatti provides project and issue support surrounding the team’s portfolio related to TVA’s service area. She helps facilitate external correspondence with members of Congress and their offices, as well as with the administration. Additionally, she monitors committee hearings and legislation related to environmental, energy and economic development policy that would impact TVA, their customers and end users.
